Skin Care Before Sleeping
Night Skincare Routine is very important before sleeping. The skin gets tired due to dust, sweat, makeup and pollution throughout the day. So, if you follow some simple steps before sleeping at night, your skin will be fresh, bright and healthy.

Skincare Steps Before Sleeping at Night

1. Face Wash / Cleansing 🧴

Wash your face thoroughly with a mild and skin-friendly face wash to remove the dust and dirt of the day.
If you have makeup, first clean it with a makeup remover or cleansing oil and then use a face wash.

2. Use toner 💧

Toner helps maintain the pH balance of the skin and shrinks pores.
Using an alcohol-free toner will not dry out the skin.

3. Apply serum (optional) 🌿

You can use vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, or aloe vera serum depending on your age, problem, and skin type.
It deeply nourishes the skin.

4. Moisturizer 🧴

The skin repair process starts at night, so using a suitable moisturizer keeps the skin hydrated.
Gel-based moisturizers are good for oily skin, and creamy moisturizers are good for dry skin.

5. Eye cream (optional) 👀

A light eye cream can be used to reduce dark circles or puffiness around the eyes.

6. Lip care 💋

Use Vaseline or lip balm to prevent chapped lips.

7. Good sleep 😴

Getting at least 6–8 hours of restful sleep is also a type of "natural skin care".

👉 Tips:

  • Don't put on heavy makeup before sleeping.

  • Drink plenty of water.

  • Using a scrub or face pack 1-2 days a week will keep your skin fresher.

  • Separate night care routines for dry, oily and combination skin

🌸 For dry skin (Dry Skin)

  • Use a mild cleanser so that the skin does not feel tight.
  • Use an alcohol-free toner.
  • You can use hyaluronic acid/aloe vera serum.
  • Apply a heavy moisturizer or cream so that the skin remains hydrated throughout the night.
  • If you want, you can use face oil (jojoba / almond oil).

🌸 For oily skin (Oily Skin)

  • Wash your face with a gel-based or foaming cleanser.
  • Using an alcohol-free toner will reduce oiliness.
  • You can use vitamin C or niacinamide serum.
  • Apply a lightweight gel moisturizer.
  • Avoid heavy creams or oils.

🌸 For combination skin

  • Use a light face wash.
  • You can use an oil control toner on the T-zone (nose-forehead), a hydrating toner on the cheeks and other areas.
  • Apply a light serum (vitamin C / hyaluronic acid).
  • Use a mid-light moisturizer.
  • You can apply gel where it is more oily, and cream where it is dry.

Common care for everyone:

  • Lip balm on the lips.
  • Light eye cream around the eyes.
  • Enough sleep at night.

🌸 Face pack (for skin radiance)

Ingredients:
  • Sour yogurt – 2 teaspoons
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Besan or rice powder – 1 teaspoon
Usage:
Mix all the ingredients well and apply to the face. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.
👉 It brightens the skin, lightens blemishes and softens the skin.

🌿 Hair mask (to reduce hair fall)

Ingredients:
  • Egg – 1
  • Olive oil or coconut oil – 2 teaspoons
  • Henna powder (optional) – 1 teaspoon
Usage:
Mix all and apply to the scalp and hair. Leave it on for 30–40 minutes and wash it off with a mild shampoo.
👉 It reduces hair fall, makes hair strong and shiny.

👁 Under-eye pack (to reduce dark circles)

Ingredients:
  • Cucumber juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Potato juice – 1 teaspoon
Usage:
Mix the two and apply under the eyes with the help of cotton. Wash off after 10–15 minutes.
👉 It reduces eye fatigue and lightens dark circles.
