
✨ Skincare Steps Before Sleeping at Night
1. Face Wash / Cleansing 🧴
Wash your face thoroughly with a mild and skin-friendly face wash to remove the dust and dirt of the day.
If you have makeup, first clean it with a makeup remover or cleansing oil and then use a face wash.
2. Use toner 💧
Toner helps maintain the pH balance of the skin and shrinks pores.
Using an alcohol-free toner will not dry out the skin.
3. Apply serum (optional) 🌿
You can use vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, or aloe vera serum depending on your age, problem, and skin type.
It deeply nourishes the skin.
4. Moisturizer 🧴
The skin repair process starts at night, so using a suitable moisturizer keeps the skin hydrated.
Gel-based moisturizers are good for oily skin, and creamy moisturizers are good for dry skin.
5. Eye cream (optional) 👀

Ingredients:
- Sour yogurt – 2 teaspoons
- Honey – 1 teaspoon

Usage:
Mix all the ingredients well and apply to the face. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.

🌿 Hair mask (to reduce hair fall)
Ingredients:
- Egg – 1
- Olive oil or coconut oil – 2 teaspoons

Mix all and apply to the scalp and hair. Leave it on for 30–40 minutes and wash it off with a mild shampoo.

Ingredients:
- Cucumber juice – 1 teaspoon
- Potato juice – 1 teaspoon
Usage:
